Who can I complain to?

I recently bought an item off the internet which has turned out to be fraudulent. My bank is going through the process of trying to get a full refund at the moment. I knew this item was fake only after I'd ordered it so I tried 4 times to cancel my order but never received a reply. My item arrived this morning and there is no way of returning it. I phoned trading standards who said there was not much they could do as the company was in China.
Does anybody know of anywhere I can raise this issue like trading standards where they may be able to give advice on either returning the item or just getting this company fined etc.

If you paid with a credit card, dispute the bill. Companies that have merchant accounts so they can accept credit card payments are always checked out by the credit card company to be sure they can make good on disputed claims.

Dispute the bill and you should be fine.
