Who can help with code for an html link?

There's something wrong with the link in the following code:
<p><font size="4"><font color="white">TheÂ*<a href="#tooz">Temple of Olympian Zeus</a>Â*is in the Plaka District</font></p>
My anchor is <a name="tooz"></a> and another link with the same code works for it but this one does not.
What am I overlooking?
