I've been noticing the Youtube Decrees of Commenting being posted recently on a few videos, but when I search for it, there doesn't seem to be a source (especially a youtube video with a significant number of views).

IV. Thou shall stay on subject when commenting

VII. Thou shall spread the decrees, or face a lifetime of Justin Bieber spam comments and male enhancement ads But do not thumbs up my comment
