Just boredd lol so asking,and kinda curious about it.so mine would have to be:
1.Brenda K Starr
2.La India
3.Victor Manuelle
4.Tony Vega
5.Tito Nieves
This is harder then I thought.lol.
6.AHH i give up lol...I have five favorites I like some others but those are my top..so why not tell me yours?lol..

ACTUALLY, im listening to "What you see is what you get" by her RIGHT now... and while i was listening i stumbled across this question and i knew i had to answer it..

I might also check out some of the other singers you suggested...
