Robin Williams (mostly his earlier stuff)
Eddie Murphy (again, early stuff)
Mike Myers (except Austin Powers)
Dermot Morgan (RIP)
Rowan Atkinson

Special mention to Jackie Chan, when his early HK films were full of humour and gags. Sadly he lost it when he went to America.
