...who was this person? In chapter 3 of D.Gray man it is said that the millenium earl's character was taken from a real person, who was famous through out the world and existed in the 18th century. I've been searching for ages, but still don't have a clue who this person could've been (mainly coz i'm bussy), but I wanna know who this person was. It's said that his name was 'the time traveling alchemist' and that even at death he looked the same as when he was younger and that he might even exist today. Who is this person.

This is a fictional character from a Manga. It is not a real person and does not reference one. A 10-second wikipedia search would have possibly helped you.
