Who are the WORST teams in NBA history?

TWAS has the first three correct - but there was one more team with 70 losses - the 1986-87 Clippers finished 12-70. So those four teams with 70 or more losses are the worst.
 
The Bulls were pretty terrible right after MJ left. The clippers sucked pretty bad in the 1980s. The sixers really ate shtt before they got Dr J. any one of those were capable of loosing to any given team on any given night.

People are always asking about the best, now I'm interested in hearing who the worst teams in NBA history are.
