Who are the worse parents?

I remembered the name sounded foreign, and I couldn't spell it. But yeah, the Turners, in my opinion, are worse parents than the Pickles.

That was in the episode "La Cage Aux Mikey", and Mikey's parents didn't change their minds; they wanted to visit their son in Japan, but they weren't able to because a killer bee invasion closed all of the airports in Ohio. The invasion was later quelled by Ozu's weather machine (which was the B plot of that episode).

In any case, I fail to see how simply not being home when Mikey calls them makes Mr. and Mrs. Simon bad parents. Mikey doesn't live with them anymore, so it's not like they have to sit by the phone all day waiting for him to call. Parents have lives too, you know.

Are you kidding me? The Rugrats parents were great parents! The babies got into the trouble by themselves.

Come on guys, In rugrats gone wild, Stew was dumb enough to leave Angelica to watch the babies, picking Susie would have been a little better, but not much. It was his fault that the babies almost were eaten by a leopard, and almost running out of oxygen underwater.

I watched an episode of the Rugrats today (a few, actually) and Stu was responsible for letting the children get loose in the mall. They weren't in any danger (it IS a cartoon after all), so it seems that while Stu is a good parent, he just seems to forget about the kids sometimes. I can't blame him, that TV was huge!

And while he can be forgetful, he doesn't completely ignore the kids (like Timmy's parents often do.) In another episode I watched today, he cared for Angelica after she "broke" her leg and Angelica isn't even his kid! To bring back The Rugrats Movie, he was also helping with the search for the kids.

EDIT: I just have to say that I do enjoy watching The Fairly OddParents. It might not be as good as it used to be (do we really need musicals?), I find it a bit more entertaining than SpongeBob.

Well, after thinking about it, I think the Neutrons are worse parents. Sure, Jimmy tends to avoid his parents as much as possible, but still, Hugh is obsessed with ducks and pie. Not much 'Father of the Year' material.
