The Useful Idiots voted twice for Republican Bush > even in the face of the Lies His administration told .
And I have met some Republicans who say we did not even put a Man on the moon . The same type of people who discredit Global Warming - that leads to climate change as a result .
 
You have a typo.....actually the " useLESS idiots " who run around like Chicken Little screaming how the polar ice caps will melt if we don't drive a Prius are the same useless idiots who can't tell us whether it's going to rain next tuesday ?

FYI - A NASA Report refelected that the temperature of the earth has increased by .6 degrees ( less than 1 degree ) since 1880.
 
Actually the guy who states "nearly everyone in the Scientific Community" is not telling the truth and I suspect he does not even know the truth. He heard on CNN some reporter state that there is a scientific consensus and then went on believing it to be true.

The fact is that almost all of the scientists who back the idea of human caused global warming now renamed climate change because new evidence shows that we might actually be cooling - any way these scientists all stand to get huge government grants for their colleges so they can "study" this.

Just like anything - follow the money to find the motivation

Why is it that if this issue is so important that all the profits made from this cap and trade tax (that will cost each family between 2-3 grand per year) is going towards health care reform and not towards fixing climate change ?

The glaciers are melting this is true, they started melting 12,000 years ago, this is also true.
 
Okay, if you don't want to believe that CO2 emissions have any effect on the environment, at least believe that it has an effect on our health. Mmmm, all that clean air in Los Angeles.
 
The "useful idiots" are those that actually believe the hype that we are the cause of "glo-bull warming" when anyone with just HALF a brain would wonder why all the previous ice-ages passed when there was NO man-made industry, if it wasn't for the heat of the Sun and the inner tectonic forces of the Earth itself?
 
"useful idiots" are all those who go along with Al Gore and his entourage and will not listen to any other point of view no matter how factual.
