Patrick Bateman from American Psycho (maybe?);
Angela from American Beauty;

Edit: Daisy from "girl interrupted"? I personally wouldn't call her a narcissist. she seemed to insecure. I feel if she was truly a narcissist she wouldn't have let Lisa get to her the way she did and she wouldn't have the co-dependency issue with her father (or whatever was going on there...) I think Lisa was more of a narcissist than her, right? (even though she was a sociopath) just a thought...
