Who are judged more harshly, Republican or Democratic presidents?

In terms of:

a) the economy

b) morality issues/personal issues

c) defense

and

d) competence/performance/qualifications
edit: I should include "foreign affairs" with "defense."
I think Democrats are on most of those issues.

They are judged equally. Both sides just rush to judgment against whoever they oppose. Neither side really cares about history or reality. They just want to make the other guys look bad so they don't have to do much to look good. It's the ones who work hard without slinging crap that I respect, on all sides.
 
depneds on who's doing the judging. Since the print, video, and radio media outlets all seem to avor the DEMS, then the answer to every criteria is REPUBLICANS.

Specificall,y look at morality...if a DEMS cheats on his wife there is an excuse, ie NJ Gov, "..I'm gay..." if a REP cheats then it's the lead story for 4 days. If a DEM cheats, it's a private affair bewteen a hubby and wife, ie Clinton or NY Gov, but a REP, then we get to hear about the Gov of SC and some Senator from Nevada for 7 days.

Republicans get blamed for everything by the mainstream media. Democrats can do no wrong according to the same mainstream media. The media loves them even if they do spend out of control, tax people to death, bail out every big business and union that supports them etc.
 
Since the press still judges harshly the President that turned the Economy around and started the longest period of economic growth in history. Instead giving the Credit to johnny come later Clinton the question is why the Republicans are judged so harshly.
