Who actually wrote the health care plan being debated?

Who are the actual authors of the 1000 page thing? They should know what's in it and be able to answer questions better than congressmen who haven't even read it themselves.

NO Congressmen or Senators have read the entire thing. So, I would say probably staffers or lobbyist.
