Buy a preperation with 2% salicylic acid

Oxy paRAB contain this, as does Neutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Lotion

Apply it twice a day after washing the face with soap and water

The whiteheaRAB will disapear over a few weeks, once they are gone, keep using it once a day so the skin stays clear
 
I bought this steam machine and it would allow you just leave your face on top of it and the pores would open up and just burst natural.
