White tounge Dry Mouth

I woke up from bed with a white coated tounge & very dry mouth today, I ate a piece of starmint candy and it took care of the problem. Days before this my tounge was inflammed because I was eating a MCD's chicken wrap, and it set my tounge on fire. And I just don't feel quite right today, don't know how to explain that but..

A few weeks ago, I had blood work done, showed my potassium 3.3 low, and total protein one point above normal.

I originally thought it was where I'm taking Lexapro, but it would have to be due to where I use Fiber pills (I have a retrocele and need fiber pills from time to time). And I know I lost too much water taking those fiber pills. That and adding Lexapro to my medications, the diarrhea got really bad for a short while. Tadaaah weight loss & low potassium, not a shocker.

My gyn was supposed to have me scheduled for surgery by now for the retrocele but didn't bother doing it for whatever reason and I tried to get the office to call about my blood work, they never bothered, so I had to go pick up a copy of it. So the potassium problem was never treated. It just being 3.3 I could ignore, but waking up with a white tounge and dry mouth, I think means I could be getting dehydrated, meaning problem could be getting worse? What do you all think?

Maybe it's nothing more than cotton mouth, like a medication reaction? I was watching Friends and joey tells rachel he loves her then she turns him down, he wants to leave, so she starts crying, he starts crying, then I started crying. lol. If I was dehydrated, I wouldn't see those tears, would I? And I am having no problem with urination decreasing. So I think I was wrong. It's probably nothing.
