White Noise - The Light

This film was released today so i went to see it earlier this evening, I hadn't seen the previous White Noise movie but decided to give this one a go after seeing a trailer for it.

Has anyone else been to see it yet? I thought it was a really good film, with quite a few scares hehe made my boyfriend jump quite a few times but maybe he's just a scaredy cat ;)

What do other digi-spyers think of it and was the first one any good?
 
it was rubbish! and so was the first. It was all over the place i mean one minute it is a horror movie, next minute its not, then its a horror again, and then its not. Not worth the screen its projected on! it was so confusing and ended wierdly! AVOID!
 
Well i have not seen the second one yet, i have seen the first and i did find that one to be very confusing, the ending was even worse i just didnt understand anything, until i watched it the third time and i started slowly to understand the film.

Films like these should be watched on dvd at home, in peace and quiet and not with a group of frienRAB.

I look forward to seeing the second one. :)
 
Sorry to bump this thread up, but I saw this film last night - and I have to say, VERY impressed!
Much much better than the first one, and I LOVED the first one. Was too frightened to move when it finished - I can genuinely say that this film creeped me out, big time.
 
I liked both films, but preferred White Noise 2 if i'm honest. I didn't like the ending of either of the films though, they both seemed really stupid to me, which was a shame considering i enjoyed the preceding 90 minutes.

And i've got to say that Nathan Fillion is quite a likeable protagonist, even though i hated Firefly/Serenity (sorry to all you Joss Whedon fanboys/girls!)
