White Noise. Good or not?

I loved the movie. The concept hadn't really been put to film before, so the originality of it I think is what scared people.

But it was so fascinating!

The sequel sucks though. :lol:
 
i get freaked out by movies pretty easily. this one was pretty good. there were some parts that were freaky and others that were just like "umm.. okay." but all in all i didn't think it was total crap.. but honestly the main menu screen scared me more than the movie... good premise for a film though..
 
For those who are still not quite sure on the ending:

Through out the movie you see these three entities that are haunting the main character.

Basically, Jonathan (Michael Keaton's character), was getting in the way of the entities taking Mary's life. So they took his instead.

I know it's not clear, but it's supposed to be somewhat mysterious as well as we do not know for certain what happens after death.
 
I am not getting how it all tied together at the end. Can anyone help me to understand?
 
I rented it yesterday, popped the DVD in, and within ten minutes, shut it off. It's too occult-ish for me. And that sucks, because I was really looking forward to watching it. Oh well. To each his own!
 
I just saw this movie and I am totally confused :confused: and don't have the time to rewatch it. Can someone please explain to me how it all makes sense in the end? Thanks!
 
I just watched it last night. I thought it was good. It was a good ghost story and all, but it wasn't in the least bit scary. The ending was sad, and yeah, somewhat confusing.
 
I was freaked out by the trailer so I'm not gonna watch it :eek: Yet it seems like a good scary movie.
 
I thought it was horrible! Not only was I NOT scared I found the whole thing hysterical. It's been a running between my friend and me for months now.
 
I was really unimpressed. It really made little sense and in the end they totally lost me! It was pretty creepy at parts, but like I said, it didn't make much sense to me.
 
Everytime they focused on the TV always scares me cause you expect something to come out but you don't know what it'll be. I think it's just full of scary surprises, nothing special.
