White misunderstanding of black culture?

Why do so many conservatives belittle blacks on this site?

Whites have traditionally done better in American society because their ancestors came here for a better existence. White culture in America became focused around a hard work ethic, value of education, and a sense of Independence.

Blacks were brought to this country against their will. Their culture in America developed as one of resistance against oppression and doing the least possible to satisfy their masters. There was no opportunity for improvement of status, so they were comfortable in poverty.

These two cultural roots laid the foundation for modern day white and black society.

The two cultures developed in a completely different way.

How can whites be so ignorant as to assume that blacks must conform to their own culture, especially when that culture is responsible for the shortcomings of the one they criticize?
 
They don't need to conform to what I think, but they should not blame me for the outcome of their actions.

I have a problem with treating groups differently.

Only individuals have rights so only individuals have responsibility.

Today there is plenty of opportunity for the hard working and willing.

I never owned a slave and no one alive today was a slave so it's time to get over it.

Every American is one generation away from wealth. The cost to be a millionaire is less then most people spend on a cellphone bill monthly. Live life on purpose control your own destiny and save some money.
