Raynaud's Syndrome is less severe rather then Raynaud's Phenom, which is secondary to Lupus, which is what I have, but to say it's not serious is not so. Just google pictures of what can happen. Continued cold fingers, which is blood flow restricted, can cripple and eventually lead to having parts of your fingers needed to be amputated.
Cold fingers is also a sigh of high blood pressure which can also restrict the flow of blood to your fingers. Either way this is something you need to talk to your Dr. about so they can figure out the cause, but since your blood pressure has been low it could be Raynaud's Syndrome. If you take care of your hands in cold weather then you can keep away the bad effects of Raynaud's, wear gloves when going into the freezer, and anytime you go outside with the weather under a certain temperature.
Almost everyday I get at least one really bad attack that the only way to reverse it is a hot bath, and it takes almost 30 minutes in a tub before my hand return to normal. It is very painful, especially for certain fingers. So whatever is causing your hand problem is best left to your Dr.
