White fingers

I am currently on meds for high blood pressure and have been for around a year or so. I take Lisinopril 20 mgs a day. Thing is I feel like I am having issues with poor circulation and have been right through the Winter. My fingers go white and numb even when its not especially cold and I very often feel light headed when getting up too quickly. I was wondering if I was wrongly diagnosed for hyper - tension in the first place and that the effect of the drugs in lowering my blood pressure has taken it too low? Or is that an over simplification of this issue? I work out with weights three times weekly and whenever I take my BP post exercise the readings are either right on the button or else a little low however whenever I go to the doctors they seem on the high side ( white coat syndrome?? ). Would taking Lisinopril when not having high blood pressure be dangerous or account for my present symptoms? I am forty two year old two hundred pound male ( though that last bit sounded like I was filling in a dating site card LOL )

it's called Raynauds Syndrome, I have it and those are the exact symptoms. Ask your doctor about it as it could either be a) a side effect from medication, b) signs of another disease or disorder or c) you have it with no underlying reason (which is what I have). It's a disease of annoyance more than anything since apparently there is nothing inherently dangerous about having it. I just make sure I keep gloves around for when my hands get cold (I keep gloves at home, in the car and a pair at work).
