White creamy stuff on a refrigerated, cooked hamburger?

Made hamburgers on Monday and refrigerated the one I didn't eat. I read about the 3-4 day rule when refrigerating cooked ground beef, so it should still be edible. I noticed that on the edge it had a bit of white stuff that appeared to be creamy. Is this congealed fat or mold? Can I still eat it?
Note I didn't cook cheese with it so it can't be cheese.
