Hi. One day i woke up and there was a little white bump on the palm of my hand that looked like a water blister. It did not itch, just a little sore. It then popped and only water came out and it went away. I then woke up again and found more little tiny white bumps on the palm of my hand. These do itch and are a little red. They are not that big, not as big as the other one. My friends thought it was Poison oak but i haven't been in the woods. What could it be and should i seek medical attention? Thanks!
