Whining while chewing on bone?

Any time my dog chews on a rawhide bone she makes little whining noises ... not like she is in pain or anything, but quietly...like she is talking to it. She just sits there making little noises while she nibbles away. Any idea why?
 
she is HAPPY havent you ever noticed when humans eat chwing or pulling on a food you make noises too
 
My family's dog does this too! We say she's making the squeaky noises for her toys that don't squeak.
