Whilst you are all debating about whether Shannon's disappearance was a hoax or not?

and questioning her mothers parenting skills, have you forgotten there is a scared little girl who may have gone through the worst possible ordeal. Why don't you think about her for a minute bescause she's the one that matters.
 
if it was a stranger who took her yes but he was a uncle, and the police said no sexually abuse happened so? makes you think

Polly, that's the whole point, we don't know if she did go through anything yet, and I hope to god she didn't, but that is what the police are trying to ascertain as to whether is was a set up with family members involved for the money.
Nobody is dissing Shannon, only if there was a family motive and connection
 
What a load of nonsense i am SO incredibly fed up now of everyone always blaming the parents. It is not easy to be a parent your only human you try your best. If some nasty person decides they are going to kidnap your child they prob put alot of planning and thought into it, it is something they were not going to mess up. People are so heartless i hope that little girl hasn't been through too much of an ordeal she is prob to young to understand poor thing. As for the parents i feel sorry for them having to go through that and i will stand by Innocent until proven guilty, it was the kidnappers fault not theirs!

Thinking about her !, that is why the police have put a protection order on her, to make sure of all the facts before she is let out into the world again and may be subject to abuse, Up to now no one is really sure what has gone on, the Tabloid paper are having a good time about it but so far we seem to have 1/ a little girl who wanted to leave home ( why ) 2/ an uncle who offered her a place to hide ( why ) 3/ a step father who is may be aggressive towards her ??? 4/ a mother who seems to be of interest to the police,So all in all a very odd set set of things happening, so she will not be going home until the police can be as sure as is possible that she is going to be safe. Oh and if it was a hoax, some one has a lot of explaining to do and may be a hefty fine and more,

seems everyone is jumping on the band wagon and just going on about everybody eles
just think of that little girls feelings what SHE is
feeling
excuse me MM she may be safe and sound BUT it dont stop her feeling sad an ALONE you dont no how being there has affected her ok we no the family wont get no awards for no1 parents but that is her family and the only family she knows plus the rumours that poor little shannon has to put up with once she gets out and about how sad is that having to hear things no little girl should hear
