While watching Flash Forward on thurs. night. a strange commercial appeared?

Its was very short. A lady with really short hair was on, No background. She said: "We will bring Harmony to every country and continent on your planet. You will know love again, We are the Visitors, we are Peace. then just a big red letter V I imagine its for a new TV Show? Then later on another one came on, even shorter. This was on ABC
