Hi, so i am attempting the cabbage soup diet, and i know its not the brightest idea to weight lift while on this super low calorie diet, and a lot people say you need to exercise, while on this diet...
So i figure one hour of pilates in the morning would do it along with 20 mins of walking in the late afternoon. I'm not sure, i am really not a morning person so i usually trick myself out of exercising in the morning. Is there a way that i can exercise around 5-6 bc i know if you exercise late at night apparently you wont lose weight. ALL ANSWERS ARE APPRECIATED>
