I am going to start an e-shopping website.
The site will be having
* User Login
* Payment Using Credit/debit Card and Online fund transferring.
* Users will be getting commission If they refer. So huge calculations will be there.
* Is PHP secured for all these

Please help me on this. I'll give a best answer.
