Which would be faster with media, this Mac or this PC?

What would be faster for media and video editing for a laptop, a Hp pavilion AMD dual core with a 1.8ghz processor, 2GB memory, shared video card and a 180GB hard drive OR a Powerbook G4 with a 1.67ghz processor, 2GB memory, 128mb video card and a 100GB hard drive?
 
No doubt the Mac is faster for media and video editing. That's why professionals use them as a tool in their trade. Musicians, Video Editors,
Engineers, Photographers etc...
