which wireless phone company is the most flexible with security deposits?

verizon wants a big security deposit like hundred and something, but i got at&t because they weren't going to charge me anything. but now i might not be able to keep them anymore and i want a new company. so what wireless company is the most flexible with security deposits?

and i know it depends on your credit but i don't know how good mine is, it's fairly new, but i don't know where i stand with it.

when i checked with verizon i had no credit.
