Which Windshield should i get ?

A recommendation would depend upon what bike you ride.

Personally, I just wear foam ear plugs to cut down on wind noise.

Height of the Shield relative to you sitting on the bike is important, the higher the top edge of the shield, the less buffting you will have, Also see if these shields can tilt, that will help with the wind

I bought the OEM shield for my S50, it is 13" high and does not tilt, and I am having a buffting issue (feels like some one is hammering my helmet) and the shield is raised to the max. , at extended riding time my vision blur. this was not a change the subject, but more to let you know that some important considerations have to be done. as they say, learning is not free ;)

A good cycle shop should have a cut out model, showing different heights available for you.

Some have 2-3 inches of height adjustment, some are considered convertable as they have a quick release system.

Or take a tape measure with you to a dealer, sit on a few bikes with windshields till you find what you like. Measure, check around on the internet for a good price then order.

The Switchblade series has worked out great for me.
I have two shields that I can swap out in seconds; a "2-up" and a "Shorty". They sell a nice bag which I bought, to store the switchblade windshields when it's not in use.
The "2-up" is a very quiet shield, but is quite tall so with it on I am looking through the shield [5'10"].
The "Shorty" is well, pretty short, but it is just right for keeping your body from forming a parachute as your cruising at higher speeds.

I got the switch blade 2-up model.

But... Now when i have my visor down and i go over 50mph i get this really hard vibrtion from the helmet like very quick side to side vibration.

Any ideas how to make it go away ?

It could be the helmet shape. (i have an HJC ac-12 carbon)

I don't have another helmet to check it out besides another HJC CL-15 which was surprisingly quieter and less shake but still there.

Unfortunately its not comfortable to wear.

I kept with the stock shield but added lowers to the bike and made a huge difference. there is little or no buffeting and the wind noise is reduced. I ride with an open face helmet and find it very comfortable.
