Which will sound better rockford fosgate p4004 or focal solid 4 CH red AB AMP?

FIRST, i have had 2 jl 300/4v2 amps go dead, so im steering away from jl. i have the highest end focal speakers and want them to sound good, i dont turn the volume up all the way. out of the 3 amps is there much difference? i currently have the rockford fosgate mentioned but want other opinions, i just want the clearest sounding amp, thanks a lot
