I think the time's come for either Casualty or Holby City to make way for some fresh drama. They've both become stagnant in recent years.

I think FIVE is keeping Neighbours alive by buying into a 10 year deal. I think if it wasn't for the FIVE deal, then the latest announcement would not have been a channel move, it would have been the axe.

For all I loved the earlier series, My Family should be put out to grass after they transmit the 2011 shows.

Casualty's moving to a posh new HD studio in Cardiff in 2011 so not likely to be it.

Neighbours will be kept alive by the ridiculous amount Ten charge Five to show such a passe show that hardly anyone seems to watch nowadays. Maybe what would kill it would be if ratings slumped even further and Des decided to end the contract.

I think Neighbours is on the verge of going in oz. I'd like to see "My Family" axed. I worry that Spooks is on its way out too its not performed overly well this year in the ratings. I would hope ITV would axe All Star Family Fortunes, Cops with Cameras, and series that don't really make any impact on the schedule.

Noooooo Anyway I'd love to see Who Wants to be a Millionaire axed, that show's past its sell by date now. Would also love to see some of the trash on ITV2 axed.

I think one of Casualty or Holby City will sadly be cancelled next year. I get the feeling that the BBC seems to have lost faith in the Holby franchise recently. If I had to say which, I'd hope it isn't Casualty, it's in great shape at the moment.

As for any other continuing dramas...it's the obvious one. If Hollyoaks' ratings don't rise before the new year, I can't see Channel 4 sticking by it. I reckon they may move it to E4 after a while, it's still reasonably rated over there.
