Which web hosting companies support custom PHP scripts and allow for uploaded coding?

I'm a web designer, who offers hosting services. However, I understand that my Clients want the choice of choosing a different company. All sites are made with a standard PHP form. I need few good companies to refer them to so they're not completely lost. I found ProNetHosting? Are they any good?

Has to support custom PHP scripts.
Has to allow custom coding/ FTP uploads. No templates, widgets or those website builders.
