I know its kind of an oxymoron, after all, is there a healthy bacon? I'm wondering which is healthi-er (i.e. more healthy):

Option 1) CRISPY Fried bacon. Crumbles in your mouth. Pieces snap off with each bite. Logic: Fried longer, more fat and oil is pulled from bacon = healthier?

Option 2) CHEWY fried bacon. It takes a little bit of chewing to break off a piece from the strip. Logic: Frying longer merely removes everything remotely good for you from bacon and you are left with fried fat.

Some people really gave you some bad answers huh?

Crispy would be a little better for you because your cooking off more of the fat (to make it crispy)
If you like to eat bacon, but are concerned about the fat content and health issues, look into turkey bacon instead of pork bacon, has much less fat and much better for you. Hope this helps.
