Which wall of my front garden is mine when looking at my house? I live in me7 area.?

I am planning on doing a bit of work on my front garden but would also like to upgrade a small fence that is on the left as i look at my house from the road. Is it mine to pull down / Replace / maintain?

How do i prove this should my neighbour wish to dispute it? I suspect he will..............
