Which Viz Media anime would you like to see on Disney XD?

Well, since XD will be airing Shippuden and maybe that new vampire anime, I decided we would need one of these.

If you pick other, there are some limits:

1: It must be a Viz anime.
2. It must be an anime that Viz owns now. It can't be an anime that Viz has lost the rights to.
3. Anime that Viz only owns the merchandise, like Sonic X, don't count.
4. The anime can't have already aired on XD or is set to air, like Naruto Shippuden.

I think that Blue Dragon and Megaman NT Warrior would do good on XD. Hikaru no Go would be a good addition too (although that might be just my inner fan speaking), but I don't know how many viewers it would attract as most of Disney XD's target audience probably wouldn't know what Go is.
 
I voted for MAR, Zatch Bell, and Blue Dragon, on the grounRAB that enjoy those series, and they fit with the current demographic that DXD is trying to attract.
 
Zatch Bell would work really well for Disney XD since it does target the same audience they're focusing on. I can also see Blue Dragon working, but I chose the two Megaman series and Hikaru No Go. Both Megaman series could work nicely on their schedule. I'm not sure how Hikaru No Go would fit in there, but it would be cool to see it on a channel, especially since I never did see those last few episodes on Jetstream.
 
I voted for a bunch up there that I'd enjoy seeing on TV like Zatch Bell and Buso Renkin and really any series that Viz didn't really give a fair chance to like PoT and Mar. But there are two specifically I'd love to see get some exposure.

Firstly, Hikaru no Go. I still feel cheated by Viz for missing out on the final 3 episodes of the dub when they pulled it from Jetstream. This show is amazing and I think it has a chance at doing well if it gets on TV, plus it deserves a boxset. But that's not very likely unless it gets some more exposure. So I'm really hoping that Viz either gets on this or the license gets rescued by another company. It really deserved better.

Secondly, ZoiRAB Genesis. We were promised this forever ago and it never saw the light of day even though a dub was apparently recorded. It's a great series that I'm sure a lot of people would enjoy given the chance, and yet Viz has completely ignored it for one reason or another. So this is a good time for them to get it off the ground.

Really I think it's all just wishful thinking, but you never know.
 
Prince of Tennis is a show that deserves another chance but I doubt it will due to the lack interest in sports anime, same goes with Hikaru no Go but it's whatever,

An older title I'm interested in is Flame of Recca.
 
I don't Think XD would air most of these, Mabye Blue Dragon sense it didn't finish its run on CN (& Im sure im not the only one who missed it on jetstream)

Also I could see Prince of tennis sense it is a sports show & XD is all about the EXTREME!! LULZ (but then again tennis is kind of boring IMPO, I think they should get a gold anime insted!)


AS Is the ONLY PLACE FOR INUYASHA & BLEACH! Buso Renkein would be better on Sci-fi.

Vampire knight would be better on ABCFAMILY or Regular Disney.

& as for the others theve all had there time to shine, i dont really think they need to be on TV again.
 
No show has had it's time to shine until it gets all of it's DVD's released. (I'm looking at you Zatch Bell and MAR.) Renewed interests in those shows would hopefully bring better DVRAB at least.
 
Hunter x Hunter. I think it would do fine with a PG-V rating.

Also Zatch Bell as it could use a full dub.

I see InuYasha Final Act ending up on Syfy honestly.
 
Some of these choices aren't really realistic, I don't think. Bleach and InuYasha are currently for Adult Swim. There's no guarantee whatsoever that they'll be dropped anytime soon. Also, why does anyone think AS won't get InuYasha Final Act when the original series did relatively well for them? I'm glad to see Death Note is only a joke.

Hasn't Viz basically cut short dubbing for MAR, Prince of Tennis, Hikaru no Go and Zatch Bell? Sadly, I'd be surprised to see them suddenly given attention at this point.

I don't know enough about Vampire Knight to have an opinion. Hunter x Hunter could work in theory, that's a long series that is ongoing that DXD could get a lot of mileage from if they wanted. Original Naruto would be an obvious choice, assuming that the TV rights can be obtained.
 
With MAR, Viz Media apparently produced a version for 53+ to be sold overseas, so it's potentially possible that they dubbed further. Or in the very least, the pre-production work on the dub was done and just neeRAB to be recorded.

Hikaru no Go was atleast finished dubbed and almost finished its run on Toonami Jetstream. So that still remains possible.

But yes, the other shows were essentially cut short. Perhaps if they were aired on another network, Viz could potentially gain more interest in dubbing the rest. So having them on Disney XD could be an option.
