Which version of 4.5 to get?

I found the download in a few threads in here, but have found 2 different but very close versions. Which one is the one that people have had the least problems with on the 8320 with T-mobile?

I also saw something about using an OS that's not from your carrier will void the warrenty...is that also true?

I use .55 and on the fact of the warrenty I seen a thread a few days ago where TMO was telling you to use other venders dont know how true it is but if something did happen just go back to the old os before you send it in to tmo.
