Which unversity in Virginia has the best nursing program?

I'm planning to go to George Mason for nursing
but I heard that Vtech has some kind of nursing program with John's
Hopkins, RN is still an RN. Do you think schools really matter for nursing? If it is true, I want to go to the best school in my state.
