Which university Cornell vs Yale vs Harvard?

I have been accepted into Cornell and Yale, but wait-listed at Harvard (my dream school).
Should I try to get into Harvard (send essay recommendations etc) or just go to Cornell or Yale?
I am going to undergrad and want to do pre-med and Harvard has the best medical school.
