Which undubbed Anime needs an English Dub

Here's What I think Should

1.) PaRappa the Rapper: Tv Series
2.) Kukucska Kalajndjai (a.k.a Kyoro Chan)
3.) Mermaid Melody

If you want my Idea for an English cast, let me know.
 
This, this, and this. I've done countless fantasy casts, mostly with LA voice actors, so I was hoping Bandai would pick it up (or Viz, if they must). I haven't seen any of the Sgt. Frog dub yet (damn you, FUNimation video player), but it's making people say FUNimation has what it takes to dub this series. However, they're also saying the dub is similar to their dub of Shin-chan, and as much as I love their dub of Shin-chan, I want an accurate dub of Gintama.
 
As much as I love Gintama and such, I'd love to see older shows - like the aforementioned Gatchaman, Slam Dunk, Captain Harlock, and Fist of the North Star - get their time in the sun on this side of the Pacific. Yeah, yeah, some have had dubs... but only in the loosest sense of the word.
 
I would love to see dubs of Dr. Slump, both the old and newer attempts at it, I like the manga and always try to pick up any volume of it. Along with Kinnikuman as well, same as Dr. Slump. Along my wish list are dubs of Gintama, and a new FotNS dub, the one that exist doesn't even cover the whole series.

Can I pick a show that neeRAB to be redubbed? If so, I'd pick Outlaw Star. It was an entertaining show but the dub is awful. The script is spot on accurate but the acting is some of the worst I've ever seen. This comes from the same company that dubbed Cowboy Bebop. Yeah. Go figure.

-Re: Cutie Honey I'm a big fan of this version and wish it got licensed when the live-action movie (which was produced along with the movie) was acquired.
-Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne My favorite shoujo series.

Licensed:
-Slam Dunk/ Air Master/ Galaxy Express 999/Captain Harlock Come on, Toei. Give them good dubs.
-Xam'd Lost Memories I heard a dub is being made. Taking forever to get out. I am impatient.
 
Katekyo Hitman REBORN! and Gintama. Yet I think these two are going to get dubbed anyday now since there around the 160 range which is far enough.
