Which two books should I purchase: Graceling, City of Glass, or Hunger Games?

For Christmas, I received a $20.00 online gift card for Amazon.com. I've narrowed my choices down to "Graceling" by Kristin Cashore, "City of Glass" by Cassandra Clare, and "Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins.

I've done the math, so any combination of two of these books will allow me to stay within my $20.00 limit. (I really don't feel like going over and having to mess around with extra payments...)

GRACELING
I'm feeling very conflicted.. My high school's library came up with a list of Young Adult novels that they deemed to be noteworthy, and "Graceling" was one of them. That's actually how I found out about the book. The summaries and reviews I've read online have really piqued my interest, but at the same time I've heard some worryingly negative comments. I'd really rather not waste my gift money on a book I thought I would like but end up getting bored or annoyed with in the end.

CITY OF GLASS (MORTAL INSTRUMENTS)
I've read the first two books in the Mortal Instruments series and I've really gotten into them. I know for sure that I like the story and that I want to continue reading the books. However, I'm fairly sure that a friend of mine either owns a copy of this book that she would let me borrow (like she did for the first two) or she knows a library that currently has it on shelf. (My local library and school library have none of these books on shelf, by the way.) So, my dilemma is that if I don't buy it, I may never have the opportunity to read it if my friend doesn't have a way of getting me one. (She's currently phone-less so I can't contact her to ask for myself.) Also, I fear that if I don't read this third novel soon, I'll forget most of the storyline and have to re-read the first two books in the series. =/

HUNGER GAMES
I've heard nothing but good things about this novel, so I definitely don't have any qualms about whether I'll like it or not. My only problem is that I've been wanting to read the other two books for a much longer period of time than this one. Is "Hunger Games" really worth getting? Or are the other two books a better pick? I just have no clue. ^_^

So, keeping in mind my hesitations listed above, which two books would you purchase? Thanks a lot to anyone who took the time to actually read my huge question!! Have a good day! :)
