I am trying to decided between these two TV's

http://www.kogan.com.au/shop/kogan-deluxe-fhd-32-full-hd-lcd-tv-hd-tuner/
The first one is only 50/60 Hz but it has a 6.5ms Panel Response Time, and the second one is 100/120 Hz and some extra features but it has only a 8ms Panel Response Time.
So if you can help me decided I would be grateful.
