Which TV cartoon show is this?

I think it was on ABC or Disney Channel. I don't remember the name of the show or the characters, but I remember what happend in the episode I saw.

Ok, so there's four friends, a white guy, a black guy, a girl with glasses and a girl without glasses.

Ok, so they each want to do something fun, but each want to do their own thing. They decided to divid the day in four, they'll all hand out together at everyone's place.

First they go to where the black guy wants to go. Then they go to where the glasses girl wants to go.

Then they go to where the no glasses girl wants to go. I think they went to a place where a scoutish guy in a quilk was carring a weight in each hand on a race track and taking them to the finish line. The no-glasses girls does the wave and raises her arms in the air, showing her bellybutton.

But then when it's the white guy's turn, they bail saying they saw what they wanted, now they don't need to see what he wants. The white guy gets mad saying "fine, I'll go see it with the only friend I have, me!"

The next day they say sorry fr ditching him and they all go see the think together.

I would b great if you could if been more specific, like at what age it was aimed at (eg: pre-school, teenager, etc), but I would like to take a stab in the dark, and guess it either being "Banana's in Pajamas" or "Girl Stuff, Boy Stuff" if it was on ABC or if on Disney Channel, "Zoey 101", I think it would be that, all characters fit in.
