I recently got a 2009 Tacoma back in February. I test drove both the 2009 4x4 fully loaded Frontier, and Tacoma. While the Frontier has over 20 more horse power, the Tacoma still accelerated faster, stronger, and smoother. To me it was a no brainer, the Tacoma. However, I still found the Frontier to be a very nice truck, and I have even heard some reviews that claim it's performance to be superior to the Tacoma, on and off-road. I have yet to test it off road, it's still too fresh. But MAJORITY of the reviews say the Tacoma is better on and off road, just a few prefer the Frontier. Tacoma won the award of "best value for mid-size truck", but that doesn't really mean shit. ANYONE WITH A 09 FRONTIER? 09 TACOMA? WHAT U THINK! BE SPECIFIC. TEN POINTS TO BEST.
