Which Truck is better Toyota or Nissan?

I'm going to be buying a truck (not sure mid size or full size) I've narrowed it down to a nissan frontier or titan, or toyota tacoma or tundra. Which is better? I'm looking for longevity, reliability, gas milage, and will be doing a fair amount of off roading, a little towing of light loads, and won't really need to cary much weight in the bed. Thanks.
Ok. When I say I've narrowed it down to toyota or nissan I mean I don't want an american truck! My grandfather, father, and many friends have had american trucks of various brands and have had terrible luck with them. My father's last truck was a toyota and the thing was a workhorse and had nowhere near near the issues of american trucks. Yeah, so if you could answer either nissan or toyota, not ford, chevy, gm, dodge, i've done my homework. Thanks
I don't believe that Ford has better quality and longevity. The last 3 ford cars and truck my family had were crap. None made it to 100,000 before they crapped out and they were all well maintained. I drive a toyota SUV with 275,000 on it and it runs great.

A Toyota Tundra. I have a 2002, it is (was) the top of its class in towing when I bought it new. It rides like a dream, do not get a Dodge they are ultra-bumpy. It has never had a single problem and it is a great truck.

And all of those people who suggested a Ford, or GM

ARE YOU BLIND? He said NOT to suggest those.
