Which Transmission? Pontiac Grand Prix?

Hey, I drive a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and the transmission on it is bad and needs to be replaced. I've been looking around but there seem to be multiple versions of the 4-speed automatic transmission on this model, xab and xbb. How can i figure out which transmission is in my car? (preferably without pulling the transmission out)
