I run mens 4x1 relay and want to get some good performing lightweight spikes. I want some Nike zoom victory's because of how light they are but have seen they are more for 400m and up. I will also be using my spikes for High triple and long jump. Right now I'm looking at Nike maxcat 3 or Asics japan litening 2 or 3. Any help would be appreciated.
