1) Dark blue 2004 Toyota Corolla LE w/ 60,000 miles
2) Red 2007 Toyota Corolla CE w/ 40,000 miles

Would it be better to get the older model, because it's an LE with about 12,000 miles per year compared to the newer CE with 20,000 miles per year?

The 2004's retail price ($10,950) is $250 less than the 2007's discounted price of $11, 200 (used to be $17,999)

Neither car has been in an accident

Thanks!

I would want to test drive both, and take a look at the engine. You want to make sure all the wires are in good shape, Nothing is welded together (shows signs of repair and a possible accident), nice to see if everything is stock, see if oils are full (if low there may be a leak), etc. If the newer one has a nice engine with no signs of excessive wear, I'd get the 2007. It is only 8,000 miles per year more, and if the previous owner didn't mess with it, it should be a great car!

the 07 has been driven way too much for its age , and when you try selling it in the future , you will have a problem selling a high mileage vehicle, id look on craigslist, and cars . com, even autotrader . com and look for a beter deal, also look at the ad cars in the paper, sometimes you will see an 09 with 0 miles for 13k, iknow cause my sis just bought one 2weeks ago
