Which tool can unlock 708SC without bug

Dear Gents,

Does anyone know
which samsung tool can completely unlock
softbank 708SC without bug such as

BT problem, keypad lock problem, show network provider problem..etc?

Thank you very much your quick reply.

I have UST-PRO2 but still have bug.

flash file from ustpro2.org support site

V708SCFJ11_unlock.zip --> can unlock with bug

V708SCGB7.zip --> can flash but can not start phone
'update to data' message with black screen

I suppose this flash problem come from *.qst file procedure.
Original file is modem.bin, rsc1, rsc2 and factoryFS
after these 4file combine to *.qst then some problem occure.

Do you have any other experience?

My PC is IBM thinkpad x31 with winXP SP2.
UST version is 5.65.
