Which taxi companies service Charles de Gaulle airport and the Seine-et Marne

area of France? How much would a taxi from the Charles de Gaulle airport cost after 11pm to the town of Montevrain in the Seine-et-Marne area of France? It is the town next to Eurodisney. Also, which companies can be used?
 
As a general rule, I believe taxi drivers in and around Paris are licensed individual contractors, as opposed to working for "companies".
