which system is better for my car?

i think i am going to get a system because a few of my friends have them and i really like the way it makes the music sounds..i know absolutly nothing about this topic so i need some help. which system is better quality, sound, bass, longevity...the mtx http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_14222_MTX+Audio+SledgeHammer+Bass+Combo+Package.html or the kicker http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_14671_Kicker+07DC122+%2B+Kicker+08ZX300.1.html all the input you have will be appreciated as there are no reviews on either product. thanks for you help
 
go with the MTX subwoofer box, they will hit A LOT harder than the kickers, the mtx subs are 600 rms watts (combined) which means they are 300 rms watts a peice. the kicker box is only 300 rms watts combined, which means they are 150 rms watts a peice.

the amp for the mtx will bring more to the subwoofers, and almost reach their maximum RMS watts. the MTX subwoofer box will hit much more harder than the kicker box, trust me.. i as well have dual mtx subs, their only thunder 4500s tho, they pound hard.. im sure that box will pound even harder.. if you wanna see a vid of mine pounding send me an e-mail
